Some are. Some are not.

But they're almost entirely adults and not high school kids anymore.

Is this too hard to follow?

When's the last time you had to fill out (or review) an I-9 form?

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/.../forms/i-9.pdf

An illegal immigrant cannot legally work. That has not changed. An employee needs a SSN, and the employer must use it for all reports to the IRS.

There are some VERY rare exceptions made for independent contractors.

How do you know they're illegal? Do you know how employment verification works?

"Immigrants" and "Undocumented Aliens/Illegals" are not the same.

This is for Washington state. Read the bill.it says "regardless" of citizenship status.

For LICENSES.

The state does not dictate who can and cannot work. The federal government does. Illegal immigrants will not pass employment verification.

Well I'm sure Biden will crack down on them for letting the "newcomers" work.

Like it or not they are being integrated Into society
Next comes amnesty, green cards and citizenship

ITIN's were started in the 90's. So they pay taxes just like everyone else who receives a paycheck.

Amnesty, perhaps/probably.

A Green Card, unlikely, as it is hard to obtain, and requires money, and there are very strict rules to adhere to that have been in place for decades, and there is no indication that this is going to change. It is also costly, and requires thorough background checks. I got mine in 2010. It was a pain. I was initially on a visa. I had to leave the country, and re-enter under a new status, with a ton of paperwork to fill out at the border. This was coming from Canada of all places, after having lived here legally for eight years.

Citizenship will be granted to those born here. So the illegals’ children will be citizens. And this has always been the case.

Biden can’t just up and change these things on the fly. This is in the hands of USCIS and DHS.

Yes - that's what the law changed. They can use that because they can't get an SS

Sure he can - he has a pen
Look at all he's done in 3 years with EO'S and rule changes
Congress isn't stopping him - only the Supreme Court has
