Don’t you mean it’s not a big deal to Obama/Biden Administration when they circumvent the immigration law with DACA?
What is the gain sending DACAs back where they were born?

Your point is why I think specific laws need to be passed that cannot be circumvented every 4 or 8 years by any POTUS. I’d go for yes let the people who were brought here as children stay, but send the parents back.

What’s the big deal that the USA must never separate families? DH got transferred all over the place. Some towns we knew no living soul. Now my grown kids live in 3 different parts of the country. And so do their kids. IMO, anybody who leaves home to work in the USA is on their own. Congress could pass a firm law that cannot be messed with that states they cannot bring in the whole clan.

I’d even vote for Trump if he promised to do those things. But they didn’t do much last time when he had the Congress for 2 years.

Oh no - that makes a lot of sense. Isn't that how the Soviets did it? Castro? North Korea? I believe it was a tactic used by many dictators. Saddam Hussein rings a bell. The trick is to keep the criminals armed while disarming ordinary law abiding citizens and employing the criminals to maintain - what would the marxist equivalent of 'law and order' be? Control I guess.

It was really only a matter of time before the same tactic was going to be implemented in the US.

The gain is putting some respect back into our immigration laws and retaining jobs and resources for Americans instead of foreign kids who have no right to be here. The gain is not rewarding their parents for bringing them here illegally and the DACA's not benefiting from their parent's law breaking.

You actually think that the DACA's would be ok with their parents being deported while they themselves get to remain here? It's a culture of tight knit family values. The weeping and wailing about separation of families would never end.

Can a non-citizen arrest an American citizen? I would think not.

It’s unbelievable that an illegal would have the power to arrest an American citizen. Could conservative groups sue to stop this ?

They would say that they aren't illegal aliens they are asylum seekers of which we know that 80% of them are making bogus claims which means they are dishonest. Do we really want to hire dishonest people to be cops?

Before Tiananmen Square massacre, Chinese government sent local soldiers home and deployed soldiers from far outside of town to shoot and kill student protesters. It makes sense because local soldiers would hesitate to open fire on their neighbors and friends.

I think this is the plan for the democrats. They know most American cops tend to be conservative and to combat this they are using foreigners/non-Americans in law enforcement roles to smash conservative voice or any opposition.

And then they can be in the National Guard and then they can be in the military.
And then they will be in elected offices running the country.

I believe they would have a hard time establishing standing to bring such a suit. But I am not a litigator,
