I think you have that completely backwards, are you alright with electors forging documents to win an election. This is criminal behavior no matter which party is responsible. Jan 6 was the definition of a Banana Republic, we were no better than Brazil.
The Arizona GOP has selected state Sen. Jake Hoffman, a “fake elector” indicted earlier this week for his alleged efforts to overturn President Joe Biden’s 2020 Arizona win, as a national committeeman for the Republican National Committee.
Hoffman — who was indicted on Wednesday along with 17 others, including former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani — was elected to the RNC post along with former Arizona state Rep. Liz Harris, who was expelled for reasons related to questioning Biden's 2020 victory in Arizona.
On Jan. 5, 2021, Hoffman, then days away from becoming a state representative, sent a letter to then-Vice President Mike Pence urging him to delay the counting of Arizona’s electors and to “seek clarification from the Arizona legislature as to which slate of electors were proper and accurate.” Hoffman himself was one of the 11 “alternate electors.”
Use some house members objected, happened on both sides of the house but not 200 members and never had a senator backing the objections. 2017 was rapidly dispensed by Biden and we had a peaceful transfer. There were no false electors claiming Clinto won.
The 11 indicted should hold faith in their fellow Americans. If brought to a jury trial, they should believe that the jury of their peers will render a right decision.
Certainly that concept should be something MAGA Nation should get behind….unless they distrust ANYTHING that goes against what they are told to believe.
