I guess it does not matter to the Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Sanders Liberal types in the Congress that we are already borrowing trillions of dollars each year just to keep what we already have in the government. The effect on this borrowing and spending on inflation is not a consideration either.
Lets keep spending and spending until the government defaults and just leave the mess to the younger generations, right Bernie?
So basically, more socialism. At what point do we just go ahead and rename the nation "The United Socialist States of America"??? Or are we there already and no one told me because they knew it would anger me?
Bernie's trying to buy votes with young people, same as Biden is with student loan forgiveness. All they're really doing is increasing the debt those young people will have to pay off in the future via higher taxes. It used to be considered immoral to put future generations in debt to increase prosperity for the current generation. Have times changed.

No; he is a scumbag grifter. At his age, most people would enjoy retirement but he is so addicted to grifting that the only way he'll stop is when he is dead. I hope that is soon. We don't need a communist grifter deciding the fate of America.
To be fair, I think that medical debt is a serious issue. There's another thread right now that talks about a man who killed his wife because he couldn't afford her medical debts. We hear all the time about people being completely ruined because of medical debt. Sanders' "solution" will only make the problem worse. But I'd like to see some serious proposals that would keep people from having their lives ruined by medical debt, without offloading that debt onto the taxpayers.
