I don't think Biden is even capable of separating fact from fiction, and he is not mentally competent to even ride a bike or read a teleprompter never mind run the US.

This is like when Tina Fey was impersonating Sarah Palin on SNL and one of her lines was "..and I can see Russia from my house!" and the media tried to claim Palin said it when in fact what she actually said was "from some places in Alaska, you can see Russia" which is true.
