But kill a pregnant woman and her unborn and it's a double homicide.

Yes indeed..someone is making rules and they are not all consistent.

Killing an unborn child is ok (abortion)..all else is murder/homicide.

Abortion is a choice. Getting murdered is not.

So choosing to kill your unborn child is ok because it's a choice ?

Intent is everything. Just like intending to run someone over vs. Accidentally hitting someone. Intending to give birth to the fetus is not the same as not intending to carry a fetus to term.

Actually its not. And the law that covers this (and is only in a few states) is used few and far between, where the action of the defendant was so grossly negligent and the MOM to be was in her third trimester (a time when a baby can be born and still live).

I just think that it is strange that a group of wealthy whitemen who works about 8 months out of a year can determine on the fate of a poor woman that he as never met for eight months of her life and the fate of an unwanted child for their entire life.

Now before anyone starts crying "race baiting" It is what is, look at the House and Congress count how many poor, minorities and women are there. besides the rich always have access to abortions, they just want to control what the poor and middle class can do with their bodies

I really feel that abortion as a form of birth control is wrong (and stupid) but I also feel that if it is against God's word they (the woman) has to deal with that when she meets the creator and her own conscience.

My other arguement is that what happens to those unwanted children when they become adults? Many of them commit terrible crimes with no emotion or remorse, but yet some of you are more than willing to send them to the gas chamber. Why not just nip it in the bud and save countless victims and tax payers money?
