The "hasn't decided yet" is part of his sadistic, sociopathic bent. Quite normal (for him) and quite sad for people (namely auto workers and others) who haven't quite realized this yet.

I hear ya, but don't kid yourself. His mind is made up. He's gonna inflict as much pain and suffering as he can on the unionized (read that Democratic) workforce. Then he'll sit back and watch it all go down the tubes, then hand it off to Obama with a smirk.

I think the administration is attempting to bust the (AFLCIO)'s IAMAW, much like reagan did to the air traffic controllers union. maybe that's what bush is up to. I have never, ever heard of organized bankruptcy? has anyone else heard of this?
