Obama simply has no idea what he is doing as regards the economy. He is taking an economy made weak by Bush and now running it totally in the ground. Obama is doing nothing right and everything wrong. Pathetic.

Not according to Nobel Prize winning Paul Krugman, who won the Nobel Prize.

Did you hear he won the Nobel Prize?

I don't think this is something that should be celebrated. I'm a conservative, but I seriously believe that we should hope and pray that whatever the new administration does helps this whole serious issue.

PS. To be honest, things were going off the cliff as Obama took office. I don't think it is fair to blame most everything on him.

Yes, we were all better off with Bush and Cheney calling the shots.

Eventually, it'll just be another indicator (like Japan in the 90's) that Keynesianism is a deeply flawed economic policy.

Of course, there'll always be the psychotic optimists that'll just say it didn't work for one reason or another. But they say excuses are like something-or-another, everyone's got one.

Hardly. Bush was an idiot. Obama is just no better than Bush, sadly for the U.S.

They were heading for the cliff in September - maybe some posters here dont remember John McCain rushing to Washington from CBS Studios in October to save the economy..

If there were a better way it would make sense, there would be widespread acknowledgement of and push for it and the Admin would likely take it. There is not a better way.
