My grand daughter did at 5..She could even type them in until I showed her how to save them..Maybe you just need to work with your little ones more...

Children age 5 + are in SCHOOL so hopefully they are learning computers. Children UNDER 5 like the OP stated do not need to know how to get on the net.

I've seen blind children with 1 arm use a computer. I have seen FAS children with IQs in the 60s use a computer.
