and, steele is a black american, but I don't think "he da man", I think President Obama "be da man" right now.
really, I don't think color/race/sex ethnic background makes any difference period, who cares? the repubs need a leader. someone who has a proven record to lead, rather than to follow, which is basically what these CPAC humm drummers are. like I said before, it's the same old crap, but a different day.
acceptable? would the republican party please send america one female candidate that isn't a ding bat? would the republican party please give america a brown guy that doesn't lie? would the republican party please send us a black american who disagrees with the status quo of ghost republicans past and radio talk show hosts?
maybe someone from their party needs to read some of these city-data posts to find out what real americans are looking for, rather than tuning into EIB?

According to the CPAC the GOP has found their man.... you got it, crazy old Rush. Now I KNOW I will never vote for another republican! Since when is being loud and crazy a good thing? I wish he would just go away, he never has anything helpful to say about anything.

This is the first time in a long time that the democrats have found themselves. Oh wait they did have Carter they proudly showed off to the world. Before that FDR.

Revisionism in the present isn't acceptable like with history. It's an outright lie.

This is too good to be true for those of us who aren't on the same page as the Republican Party anyway. By all means, start hyping Limbaugh (I'm not on a first-name basis with the man) as the next GOP Presidential candidate. There couldn't possibly be a better way to assure a Democratic victory in 2012.

By the way, I'll agree with your assessment of him as crazy, but I don't think he's quite crazy enough to accept the nomination if it should actually be offered to him. Think about it: so long as he's on the outside looking in, he's got a free pass to rant and rave about anything that pops into his head. But drop some responsibility on his shoulders, and he wouldn't be the same character, at all.

Franken.... Who by the way has a larger following than Rush.

Biden. I mean come on do you people even think about who you elected? He freaking told a guy all Indians belong in 7-11's. Let's make him VP.

The dems have two years to look forward two of a downward spiral with MR. Semantics. We won't really pay for it though. Our offspring will.

while watching television a few days ago, they were saying that limbaugh was seeking a mate, that his love life really sucked. I only know of maybe one or two bi-polar whack jobs in T or C who might fit his type/profile. I agree with you, I wished he would just, go away or something. maybe his drug abuse might be his own undoing, maybe he'll overdose someday, and that'll give us more fodder to put up on city-data. limbaugh sort of reminds me of ted turner in a way. for awhile years ago, turner couldn't keep his mouth shut to save his life, people referred to him as the mouth of the south. I've noticed that after people began calling him that, he just sort of faded away, one never knows, God works in mysterious ways, maybe God has a plan for limbaugh's future, like an expiration code or something like that.

Clinton bought the stock market. He championed it because that's where the nations wealth is. Obama is yelling at it calling it stupid, greedy..etc. No surprise they are not taking it well. Not good when the entire nations wealth sits there.

General Secretary Obama, you have massive power! You are smart enough. Why on earth are you not inspiring America. I know it will be difficult to look genuine after having to be forced to do that through Clinton's comments but at least try. Just wearing rose colored glasses while discussing the budget isn't enough. We need shinning beacon on a hill talk!

By the way Ellen I would give my left leg right now for Clinton. I'd even over look the adultery at this point. This is literally cold war red button times in terms of urgency....
