Curious how this thread seems to also attract so many folks with other "issues"... pornography as "sin", liberals as "sinners", bible-thumpers, quasi-feminists, "male-feminists", etc.

I do not care what consenting adults do with or to each other. Anything involving coercion or children is another matter. Those things are off limits.

To say "it doesn't matter" is to dismiss this issue too easily. Red states are full of evango-fascist whack jobs who want to shove their doctrine down the throats of all of us. They elect clowns to office who try to do just that. It matters very much that we keep religion OUT of our government and politics. The recent study shines yet another beam of light on the hypocrisy of the far right. Good.
