As I said all companies that do business in the US regardless of domicile pay taxes on US based income. Several companies have relocated offshore to avoid many of our disclosure and ethics laws, which apply to their international operations if they are US domicile companies.

I'm not too worried about companies who don't want to do business in the United states. For every one that doesn't there are ten that will jump at the chance.

Toyota/BMW/et al get local incentives to expand their operations here by municipalities. The municipalities get their bailouts from the government, and the government gets that money back in the form of corporate tax. This sounds awfully familiar...
