Foreign-based companies pay US taxes on their US based income. This is more a move based upon Switzerland's "Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil" approach to ignoring corporate lawlessness.

Yep, Im sure Nike and Apple will sell plenty of those to Chinese kids with family incomes of $800 a year.
