Maybe he should skip the disparaging remarks about Special Olympics and truly entertain us by demonstrating that he can speak without a teleprompter while Nancy Pelosi drinks a glass of water.
why is it everytime mr obama falls out of strictly biz mode hardright is outraged.
You know what ---the thing hard right accused aa of for so long being easily offended, , i am seeing so much of, in fact i have never seen you guys stand up for bowling, special olympics or swimming attire etiquette so much in my life.
Well, sanrene, even though you have never provided proof of anything here's a website that praises Obama concerning special needs children. There are more and even you could google them.
I just watched Oprah's Live Friday show, and Jenny McCarthy, who has an autistic son, was a guest on the panel. They mentioned the Tonight Show, and played a short clip (not the special olympics part), and talked about how great Obama was on it. And never mentioned the special olympics comment. I would like to have heard how Jenny McCarthy felt about his comment. Thumbs down to Oprah for avoiding the subject.
Amazing. For those that think this isn't a big deal I hope you don't work with anyone or serve anyone that is considered a protected class. Anyways if it wasn't a big deal Obama would have blown it off. You folks must not give the Presidents words and deeds all that much weight.... makes sense why you voted for him.
