So how do you explain yesterday's slide? The stock market is no bellweather as far as i'm concerned when they're still announcing sales declines and record unemployment consistently across the board.

You said that the protesters were protesting against their own interests. I asked what you meant by that, and, since you know what is in everyone's best interest, what my best interest is.
Reread the above paragraph as many times as necessary before answering. Nobody said anything about the President's policies, a five year old election or anything other than what was in the above paragraph, except for you.
Please elaborate on "Little do they know they are protesting against their own best interest..."
Sigh - I forgot the [Sarcasm Flag On] - because there will be those who dismiss the protesters, as not representative of the diverse culture of national socialism.
Nothing to do with diversity, though the picture were amazingly white. More to do with a lot of hype and very few protesters. I'm reminded of the old Wendy's commercial, "Where's the beef?"
I have no problem whatsoever with protest! It's one of our most valuable rights.
However, call it what it is. There are plenty of people there just to rail against Obama, taxes or no taxes.
