People.com is reporting that Sarah Palin has issued a statement in response to Levi Johnston's comments to Tyra Banks about his relationship with her daughter Bristol:
"Bristol did not even know Levi was going on the show. We're disappointed that Levi and his family, in a quest for fame, attention, and fortune, are engaging in flat-out lies, gross exaggeration, and even distortion of their relationship," says the statement from the Palin family rep.

Yes, that's the problem. DEMs do not know where to draw the line on anything. It would be nice to see them abstain from smoking 1 billion dollar bills rolled up like a joint.
Again, you'll notice that Palin responds almost only when something embaresses her - and the fact that she and Todd were aware of her daughter's intimacy even as they played the moral Christian card for the right during the campaign. This makes her look bad to her base, so of course she's going to come out with the acid retorts. Palin's having a busy week - ticking off her state's legislature, nominating a total tool for AG in her state, and trying to rewrite the rules when she doesn't get things rubberstamped.
