His trip abroad has been soooo successful. The fences are being mended which is most necessary.

You want to know what he accomplished on this trip to Europe?

This question was asked of David Axelrod one of Obama's top advisors.

His answer:
He secured over 1 trillion dollars for the IMF. In other words he increased the international welfare system.
I'm sure that that was a tough row to hoe.

Oh and he wagged his finger at N. Korea after that country launched a missile over Japan.

Obama to the U.N.: Hey, umm North Korea just launched a missile..er...I mean a rocket.
U.N.: Huh..what? Oh, I wouldn't worry about that.

The term Super Power is a dinstinction that the U.S. no longer holds. In three short months we have gone from world stalwart to pantywaste.

After 4 years of Obama we will no longer be a super power. We will be replace by China. Thank You Obama.

I can assure you Bush was the one who decimated our ability to influence the world. Bush ushered in the end of the American empire and the rising industrial economies of a naturally maturing nation just capitalized on it. Nothing to do with Obama He is simply rebuilding relationships for what became a post-American world long before he took office.

New world order, New Order.

While I open myself up to being told I'm drinking some wonderful flavor of Kool Aid everytime I observe that our president is doing well, I can't get over just how well he is actually doing.

He inherited a financial crisis (new poll - 2% blame Obama for it) for which he is taking necessary and bold action to fix. He inherited two wars for which he is redirecting resources to fight them more effectively. He is reaching out to the Muslim world. He is building working relationships with China, Russia, and Europe...

Most importantly, he is representing that massive aspect of the United States that has been severely underrepresented with all these pretend cowboy / redneck presidents we've had for decades: the sophisticated, cosmopolitan, educated, articulate, wise American.

No doubt when all is said and done - if he stays on this track and is able to pay down the deficit when this crisis is over - he will go down as one of the best.

Best at what? using a telepromter? Obama is a clown and all the other nations know it. China will be the one most to gain from our Bozo as president.

Ok, so he went on his euro junket with specific things to get done and here's what he accomplished.
He asked the euros to pony up more $$$ for the euro stimulus package. Did he acomplish this goal? They said Nein (German for NO)...
He went and asked for more military support for the war on terror. What did he accomplish? The euros said “Bien sur que non”.
He went to give speeches and blame the past administration at every event.
Mission accomplished.
He went to show he's not George Bush.
Mission accomplished.
He went to show he's a nice guy and will constantly negociate and not be a big meanie...
I think he did that ok.
So other than a bunch of campaign rehtoric what did he accomplish?
Is that a shiver I feel going up my leg? Nope, just have to go to the bathroom...

Well, of course, FEELINGS are the most important things about a President's performance. I especially love the way it makes me feel now that he has apologized to the Europeans for the actions of the United States of America, while the N Koreans are permitted to launch long range missiles.
Let's see how you feel after 4 years, when you're taxed beyond belief to support other people, and after a few speeches when the teleprompter isn't working.
I do enjoy seeing what Michelle is wearing, and of course, eagerly await the puppy's arrival.
