Yeah, it's very strange that the haters had to edit the tape to repeat the laughing moment instead of letting it play to show what was really said next.

But it's not strange that Limbaugh and the dittoheads misrepresent the truth and jump on a moment of laughter like a monkey on a nit. In their defense, they're uneducated and wouldn't know the history of the situation. She's serious when talking of the pirates then laughs at the irony of history repeating itself; Morocco being the first country to recognize the US as an independent nation in the late 1700’s and Barbary Coast pirates were first to seize a US ship. A treaty followed. Now centuries later a US ship is seized again and we are working with Morocco again to unite the involved countries again to end piracy in the region again. Irony. Look it up.

no, its not strange at all, its a classic example of the Obama administation thinking everything that is happening to us is a friggin joke to them. Can you imagine if that was Condi up there doing that? The left would have formed death squads to go after her, yet not only do you defend Hillary, you actually make excuses for her. And for you to sit there and place the blame on Rush Limbaugh for pointing it out just makes you a partisan hack. Good day sir!
