Sean Hannity says he'll be waterboarded for charity and Keith Olbermann calls his bluff, offering $1000 for every second that Hannity lasts while being waterboarded.....will he chicken out?
Sean could really make hay out of this actually - do it and be stoic until you faint/collapse; then you have days and days of describing what it was like. MASSIVE ratings, a pop culture milestone for Sean, and Olbermann looks bad.
Maybe afterword he could change and be the lone conservative voice against waterboarding. One could always hope. I should add: I'm no Olbermann fan, but this was a good segment of his.

I agree...except for the part about Olbermann. I don't think it would make him look bad, unless he refused to pay up, which I doubt he'd do. He didn't bait Hannity...Hannity made the offer by being a jacka$$ and making light of a situation as serious as waterboarding. Olbermann just called him on it. If Hannity follows through with it, I don't necessarily think either one would look good or bad. It would just cause a ratings-fest.
Of course, if Hannity doesn't follow through, he'll most certainly look like an idiot. And a p****. And Olbermann will come up smelling like roses.

If Obama can back out of a beer with Hannity without damage to his character my guess is it'd be fair for Hannity to back out of this.
But, I hope he does it. Many military guys have been waterboarded as part of training and are alive and healthy though the waterboarding was uncomfortable. If Hannity can bear it for say a good 100 seconds, I'd love to see Olbermann back out and say "I was just kidding" because you know he wouldn't pay.
