Know a lot about the stimulus don't you?

The money will be spent primarily over the next 3 years, most this year and next.

Will the stimulus be able to cover for all the free market's shortcomings?
Of course not.

We needed that stimulus NOW!!! Don't stop to think, don't take time to read the plan, sign it NOW... hurry!!

At least that is what they said, and only about 5% has been allocated so far. 0bama said his stimulus plan would "jolt the economy". Waiting for three years to see a bit over half being spent is not a stimulus plan, its an omnibus spending bill, full of thousands upon thousands of pork projects, designed to reelect Washington politicians.

Economy of the United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The economy of the United States is the largest national economy in the world.[11] Its gross domestic product (GDP) was estimated as $14.2 trillion in 2008.[12]

Fact's a fact.

I'm sorry if the facts run counter to your worldview. But the fact that the US econ is the world's largest, even in our current death spiral, is so basic as to make any doubt into an absurdity.

.

I'm beginning to suspect that Obama is of the mind, much like Clinton was in 1994, that if Wall Street recovers it means the economy has recovered.
