Hmmm This could be a great recruiting point for homosexuality. "Join our team and the sex never stops!"
I don't think its marriage, I think it is having kids!

Default Question for gay couples

I have a question for gay couples in long term relationships. Was there a moment and a conversation where you committed to being together forever, or did you just decide to move in together w/o that sort of commitment? I ask because , as "domestic partners" there wouldn't need to be that kind of life long commitment in order to apply for benefits. Personally, I'm all for gay marriage or civil unions, and I even think that it is more "traditional family-esque" to have to commit in order to get the benefits. Does that make sense? If the anti-gay marriage people looked at it in that context perhaps they'd change their minds.

Can opposite sex couples apply for domestic partner benefits?

You take care of your life and live the life you feel God wants you to and let others live the life they want to whether they believe in God or not. Just like you said, God will ultimately have the final judgement. Not you.
Wanted to rep you, but need to 'spread it around'.

Not sure about other states, but the bill that our governor just vetoed would have applied to opposite sex couples as well. Still hoping the legislature will override the governor's veto. And not liking the response I got from my legislator to the email I sent encouraging that veto override.

Did I ever say there's nothing contradictory about the Bible??? No, I haven't because since the Bible was originally written in Aramaic and has been translated numerous times (and therefore interpreted differently just as many times) there's no true way to find the REAL meaning of God but it's our job to do our best at interpreting it. Do you really think that it was God's intent to have a man marry another man and perform sexual acts on each other? Impossible. Man and woman are natural and they can create life together....no matter what you believe in it's clear to see that this was the original intent of whatever 'creator' you might believe in.
So why did God create gays and lesbians?

Actually, the Bible was written in at least three different languages - Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.

Nah. All you need is a sex aid. Try Vaseline.

If you put enough of it on the knob, the kids can't get your bedroom door open.

Problem solved.

I don't have all the answers...that's one of many that I can't wait to find an answer to some day.
