Super good news for Katrina victims… The Dept. of Housing and Urban Development will allow the residents to purchase FEMA Trailers for $5 or less. Also the residents will be targeted for $50 million in permanent housing vouchers. The money for the vouchers was appropriated by Congress last year.

I heard something on the local radio that mentioned the gov. could be looking into foreclosure homes to place Katrina victims. Is this for real?? I cannot believe this ignorance. Will someone please tell me the reason they are still getting assistance. If there is in fact a logical reason, I would like to understand the circumstances.

This makes me want to puke. Both the situation and the fact you think its "super good news".
