Joe Biden's test... pass/fail ? (middle east, Israel, 9/11, terrorists)

We are still within 6 months... Joe Biden's prognosis could still be right, or is the Korean issue the test, just ungraded so far? Maybe the Middle Eastern issue (Israel/Palestine) matter? Or, let's see who has graded the release of terrorists to Palau and Bermuda. How about sending a bunch of Saudi's back to the country of origin for most of the terrorists involved on 9/11. Did we send Brer Rabbit back into the thorn patch? When will history tell us if BHO passed or failed Biden's test(s)?
