Once again, the personnel board has found her in probable violation of a couple of state laws.
Well the money that it takes for her to fight these charges has to come from somewhere. Probable is not absolute and to be totally honest I could care less what they have on her I am sure there are many other Governors that have ethic claims against them also but you don't see 25 posts about them it is ridiculous.

Other governors that have ethics complaints against them aren't chasing every camera in sight and trying to be a spokesperson for the "real America".

Did you also read in there where the investigator sympathizes with her plight - having to fend off frivolous complaint after frivolous complaint with her own money?

Funny how it doesn't seem to bother you that someone leaked this confidential report - clearly, it wasn't Palin, so that leaves the person who filed the complaint.
Since he recommends no further action other than what he suggested, as soon as she leaves office, it's a moot point. The fund will pay off her legal bills, as intended.
So basically, no harm done, again.
Of course I did; you, apparently, did not. His recommendation is that the governor refuse to accept payment for her legal fees from the fund and withdraw her authorization for it to be recognized as her official legal defense fund. I don't know how on earth you managed to translate that into her legal bills being paid for by the fund.
Edited to say that since Palin has been bleating about transparent government ad nauseum for quite some time (and delivering anything but that), no, it doesn't bother me that someone leaked the report.

So she gets to keep the money, no surprise there. She is guilty of unethical conduct, again no surprise there. As I stated, once she leaves office, she is going to make big bucks! At least, she won't be screwing Alaska anymore.
