Some lies from obama last night.

FACT CHECK: Obama's health care claims adrift? - Yahoo! Finance (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/FACT-CHECK-Obamas-health-care-apf-2748340478.html?x=0&sec=topStories&pos=main&asset= &ccode= - broken link)

Quote:
OBAMA: "I have also pledged that health insurance reform will not add to our deficit over the next decade, and I mean it."

THE FACTS: The president has said repeatedly that he wants "deficit-neutral" health care legislation, meaning that every dollar increase in cost is met with a dollar of new revenue or a dollar of savings. But some things are more neutral than others. White House Budget Director Peter Orszag told reporters this week that the promise does not apply to proposed spending of about $245 billion over the next decade to increase fees for doctors serving Medicare patients. Democrats and the Obama administration argue that the extra payment, designed to prevent a scheduled cut of about 21 percent in doctor fees, already was part of the administration's policy, with or without a health care overhaul.

Beyond that, budget experts have warned about various accounting gimmicks that can mask true burdens on the deficit. The bipartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget lists a variety of them, including back-loading the heaviest costs at the end of the 10-year period and beyond.

You're getting into deep trouble for jumping on people's kids, but I'll give you the answers, although remember I said she IS insured. Do keep that in mind as you read this:

No car payment. Ten year old car that has been totaled in a hailstorm, therefore uninsurable except for liablitly.

Student loans: About $100,000 for three years. She was getting an education, bub!

Cell phone: She's on our plan. She pays us the extra $15/mo. Do you expect people to go w/o phone service?

I took our daughters on a vacation last year. We used frequent-flyer miles.

"Self-insure", LOL, when living on student loans? You obviously don't know college finance.

This may anger more than one doctor.

... The doctor may look at the reimbursement system and say to himself, 'You know what? I make a lot more money if I take this kid's tonsils out,'"
The entire speech was shameful, it was designed to scare people into blindly supporting the government plan, by using one greedy, evil straw man after another. Some how we need 0bama care to stop doctors from unnecessarily removing our child's tonsils. BTW, how will the government program prevent this? Will the government employ thousands of doctors to go over each and every claim, line by line, to ensure our doctor's are only performing government approved procedures?

This guy has no clue what is in the government plan, he is full of anecdotes and analogies, but he possesses no facts what so ever.

People people people, sit back & have a drink. Turn on some Family Guy & laugh your ass off. Seriously, you people need to ref'inglax. I didn't even watch Obama last night because I chose to watch So You Think You Can Dance & enjoy spending time w/my best friend. I managed to stay off the forum & have a low blood pressure kind of night. Then I come on this morning & it's the same toxic crap over & over again. Aren't you guys getting tired of repeating yourselves? Jeez, it's not even fun coming on here anymore.

Family guy is the best sitcom since the end of Seinfeld hands down.

Looks like the media is far more engrossed in Obama's talking about the "stupidity" of the Caimbridge police department.

Haven't heard as much talk about the health plan as I've heard about Gates.

You didn't watch it so you don't have an opinion that counts, correct?

Do you not understand why?

I'll give you a hint: Obama didn't offer any details. The same old regurgitated car salesman crap was spewed last night. American's want details. American's didn't get details. What else new is there to talk about? Certainly not healthcare.

Have an opinion about last night or in general? How can I have an opinion about last night if I didn't watch it? It's interesting that you feel the need to insult me after I just told people they need to relax. Get a sense of humor, it does wonders for your sex life.
