Market manipulation abounds. You're being played:

The comments are good. Read them.

The fact that the market is being manipulated is not in dispute. The theories on why range from greedy banksters to the gov's manipulation of the 'appearance' of a market rally and an economic recovery.

Hey, I back any progress. Whether it's President Obama or anyone else, the stock market rising is GOOD news to me.

I don't wish for this administration to fail; quite the opposite. We are all Americans, and in this together. To wish for failure is stupid.

We are on the right track.
Really? I seem to recall you leftists scoffing at surging Stock Market all throughout Bush's admin, especially when other economic indicators were not to your liking.

Now all of a sudden you are basing "right track" on the stock market - where in the past you dismissed the notion.

What gives?

I'm enjoying the ride up in the market. Is it being manipulated? I don't know, I suppose EVERYTHING in the stock market is manipulated some how. If you think the market is overvalued, take some profit off the table now.
