First off, abortion is not murder and is only immoral to those that wish it to be so. For every other sane person it is not immoral.
Your right though, how can you put a value on life right?
Whether it's immoral or not, people have their views. And based on the abortion debates that have been going on since Roe v Wade I don't think we are going to have a consensus.

To answer the OP question...NO, a man should not get legal rights to decide what a woman does with her body or life in any way.
But, this also means that a woman should not have the right to tell a man what to do with his body or life in any way.

Most of the people arguing against a mans right to choose, are against a womans right to choose.
