My counterpoint is that moderate America is overlooked by people like yourself and political commentators. All people like you (and your liberal counterparts) care about is the needs of the people who have extreme points of view. The people in the middle get overlooked yet again.
Most of America has things they are conservative about and things they are liberal about. I am more economically Conservative and Liberal when it comes to Social issues and Foreign Policy. Republicans and the Democrats just want to find way to undermine each other at the expense of the American people.
I like president Obama, though I dont agree with every single thing he has done. I also liked John McCain, though I dont like Sarah Palin. I am a fan of both Moderate Republicans and Democrats.
Ann Coulter is a liar. Michael Moore is a liar. They all suck.
One last thing Ill leave you with: Anyone who makes up their mind before they have heard the issue is a MORON. Meaning if youve already decided what you think of the issue just because its "Republican", "Democratic", "Conservative", or "Liberal" before you actually know all sides, YOU'RE STUPID.

I totally agree. It's disgusting when people are so close minded they will defend their party lines no matter how wrong they are. Both sides have good things to offer. Your right it's the American people that get the short end of the stick with all the dirty politics that goes on within the two partys. Obama isn't perfect and his policies have alof of flaws, but to spread hate and call him Hitler and a Nazi and say he is a muslim trying to take over the world is just beyond ignorant and hatefull.
