I heard Hawaii folded their program after parents removed thier children from their policy folding them into the cheaper state policy. Hawaii ran out of money.

Hmm, well people keep saying that we can keep our plan if we like it, but wouldn't "we" just do the same thing as the Hawaiian parents; drop our pricey healthcare for a "free" government run one?

I do not believe either state had "socialized" health care. Please provide some documentation.

In Mass everyone has to have it or they are fined. Hey do your our research....I live in NH and we hear about it all the time.

If they are required to have it, that is mandated health insurance, not the state version of universal health care. Kinda like the car insurance system - you are mandated to have car insurance. If they catch you without it, you will be fined. Apples and oranges.
