A protest and a town hall meeting are two entirely different venues. And besides, protesting wars seems sort of logical, protesting health care seems... well, stupid.

So speaking out against the official you elected to represent you is wrong? People aren't protesting "healthcare". They're protesting the federal government taking over the healthcare industry putting our nation in even worse debt than it already is. With anti-war protest came vandalizing military recruiting stations, ROTC buildings, banning the JROTC from some high schools, and even some public school teachers in Maine verbally abusing students whose parents were in the military and going to Iraq. It even included a professor in Columbia University who called on the death of millions of American soldiers.

Yeah, Pelosi's a hypocrite. No argument there. She's also an AIPAC stooge. Never liked the *****.

And yet, the Democrats are still better than the major alternative.

Not really I would say that makes many democrats hypocrites because for what a week now they have going on and on about how terrible republicans are for getting loud and screaming at townhall events

Whats really funny is that democrats cant prove its not also democrats doing the screaming
