He kept us safe for the last 8 years.
Is he gonna attend the event at ground zero today?

Yeah, for 9 years AFTER he let the disasters happen! Actually Bush had nothing to do with preventing another. It takes a long time to recruit another 20 suicides to do something this stupid while you are being chased all over the wilderness. Or maybe bush just told his Saudi buddies to hold off until Bush left office.

Maybe he'll attend another school and keep reading a book while the country is under attack.

I hope he'll do something, it could help the haters relax -- know that it's all right to do something good on this day. Yes, you'll still be Patriots™!

It scary how quickly (some segments of)the American public has forgotten what a horrible president he was. Reminds me of the bumperstickers 'We Will Not Forget', 'We Will Not Forget' all over the place after 9/11...and then we invade IRAQ and completely let Osama Bin Laden slide for 8 years.

I have respect for him (Bush Jr) being a good figurehead and I *think* he believes what he says most of the time but he was a horrendous president overall and at that level of politics you need to be Obama material....not some ******* that people can imagine having a beer with!

Anyways, it's no wonder the right is keeping him largely out of the public eye lately.

I'm asking because the media is hiding him from the World
because as soon as Bush opens his mouth, everybody is gonna say
"HOLY S..., thank God we have Obama now"

Oops you forgot something. He not only was reading that book but he was holding that book upside down. I guess he reads upside down. What a waste of human flesh that brutal dictator is. Good riddance.

Bush did not just let this horrible event happen and I can't believe people who profess intellegence believe that. The loose Visa's for all program was put in place in the Clinton administration and yes, it continued under Bush. Clinton admited he had Osama in his grip, but let him slip away. We still have a very sloppy visa program in place right now.

Where is Bush? Who cares, he is not in the white house and that is all that matters.

Now lets get real --- W sucked as president that is clear. However, he didn't let 9/11 happen nor did he plan it. Osama bin Laden planned it and you are a fool indeed if you think that this plan originated on the day W was sworn into office. If Gore had been elected it still would have happened. By ignoring this fact what you are doing is desecrating the memories of those that died. Let me repeat myself -- they did not die because of W. They died because of the political/religious nutjobs who wanted to make a 'statement'.
