But if you look at just the elite there it is as good as anyhwere. Its just those stuck in a system that has to ration treatemnt that don't get the top care. its foolish to believe that spending less gets you better care. Just look at the difference in treatments between the top funded hosipitals and those that don't get the fundingt. With the US doing 70% of research in the world including drugs that is likely to change for the worse.Alot of this is funded by people with money by contribtuions that is goping to dry up as the liberals tax themj to dead to pay for their insurance.
Probably because many who die in America of cancer do not have health cover and aren't even in the statistics. In Europe every citizen is under the health system and is counted but this is not the case here. Many do not even go to the Doctor for treatment as they cannot afford it.

How many is 'many'? Do you really think there are significant numbers of people who have cancer, never see a doctor, die at home, are buried in the back yard and are not counted?
