I have no problem at all with the greater ease of home ownership, none whatsoever.

However, I have a major problem with folks staying in homes and not making their payments, but not evicted due to a technicality. The home should be either vacant or rented out by the bank.

As soon as improvements are made and they get the property taxes on a home they can't afford they will be the 2nd set of people to be in foreclosure on the home.
