citizenkane2, is that video from a public school or privately made? There is a distinct difference between the two. If it was privately made which it appears to be since it has a professional quality it's going to fall into the same category as the Bush one posted from what appeared to be a church. Matter of fact it appears to be a political commercial. It may be disagreeable just as the Bush one may be for Obama supporters but it's not the same as it being done inside a public school.
It's not just the kids. Indoctrination for this guy's agenda is coming from adults too.

Also, not every American wants to join the Army, a lot of people don't think that Iraq or Afghanistan are worth risking their lifes especially when Iraq was no threat no the US.

And funny how it works out. The people being most successfully "indoctrinated" -- I call it "duped" -- are those who watch or listen to the right wing entertainers posing as political commentators, primarily Beck and Linbaugh. Talk about indoctrinating the masses.....just another thing the right is so far superior at than the left is.
I don't know if you have misunderstanding but the military here is voluntary. There's nothing requiring you to join any branch of the military. Everyone of those people in uniform voluntarily under their own free will walked into a recruiting office and signed on the dotted line. Granted there's a lot of incentives to do it such as getting a free education but no one is forced into it. I'm sure many of the complaints from military personnel have a legitimate basis but many of them have also signed up to take advantage of the incentives and are trying to get out of their end of the bargain such as active duty in a war zone. They should have considered that before signing the dotted line.

AGAIN and for the last time: I put forced in "" because like you said it is voluntary today but the army is recruiting young men to "fight for their country" using incentives and then they have to be in Iraq, a country that did not attack the US, and risk their lifes for a stupid war.
Your quote is taking out of context. It was my reply to "Americans are proud to join the army". And I doubt that every American wants to join the army, and I doubt that those who do join the army are still excited about the army when they end as poor and neglected veterans. (Hint: Vietnam war).

The draft argument is simply a red herring - it has absolutely nothing to do with Obama's repeated attempts to force grade school children into national service.
Such obscurations failed to save Obama's bills in Congress and will likewise fail to protect the type of propaganda we are seeing from the Dept of Education, the NEA and lone idiots in New Jersey.
