How high will he make the fine? As high as all the fees we had to pay to stay here legally?

Probably not....but shouldn't legal aliens have the first chance to stay here perminent? They already went through background checks and you know they are not criminals!

Obama should first change the law for E2 visa holders since they start a business over here, they have to hire American workers which is part of their visa....but their own kids when they turn 21 have to move back to the country of origin, even if they have lived here for 15 or 20 years....when the legal alien on a E2 visa wants to quit his business after 20 or 30 years of having provided American's of a job, they have to leave the country within 30 days....is that fair? Not to me!
