It just cheapens the office of the President. It makes him "common". next he will be doing K-Mart grand openings...

This trip is well worth the effort. To anyone complaining about Obama's attempt to get the Olympics in Chicago, I cheerfully say:

"Go to hell and get a life."

It makes him "common"? How so? How many "commoners" give speeches in front of the Olympics Committee in an attempt to bring the Olympics to their country?

Countries who host the Olympics lose money. It's all about the prestige for the country hosting.

I hear that Oprah is going also, with Michelle. Of course, she's no common commoner, either.

There are lots of other non-commoners also in the delegation. Very impressive for such a common city, said to be the heart of crime, fraud and widespread corruption - political and otherwise.

What's this about a real estate connection? Somebodies stand to gain? Hmmmm...
