Bush never did apprehend bin Laden, did he? Odd that you felt safer with Bush.

And the Clinton team and others took what little they knew, like terrorists wanting to fly planes into buildings, increased Al Qaeda chatter, etc, and handed it to the Bush team.

And what happened next? What happened when Clarke urgently requested, on Jan 25, a meeting with Rice about Al Qaeda? No meeting took place until Sept 4.

Rice stated "we weren't left a strategy for fighting terrorism". 8 months into the term, and their defense was "Clinton didn't do our work for us."

That kind of thing only happens to the worst of us.

Yes. Jon Stewart no longer has a wealth of jokes, so the Daily Show is not as entertaining as it used to be.

That's because a lot of them are in the banking industry, financial industry, Insurance industry or Reality industry. Which are all synonymous with the Financial institutions. They're literally covering their own asses and looking out for their own interests. Which they have a right to do. Even though it is as cowardly as it gets.

Refusing to see, except and acknowledge your industry is the largest contributors to having destroyed your country (along with the general irresponsibility and unaccountability of the citizens of this country); based on selfish and self-serving interests. And then making absurd proclamations of "protecting capitalism and the way of this country" ...is in fact; cowardly and greedy.

You don't have to be a liberal to have a heart and soul. And you don't have to be a genius to see Capitalism in this country has leaned way too far to the extreme end of complete greed, corruption and abandonment of values and morales.

When any system leans too far to the extreme end, it always destroys a country and it's people. History has taught us that...over....and over ....and over again.

Let's see - do I miss Bush - the man who attacked two countries and left us in quagmires, let our banking and insurance industries bleed the country while setting up a major recession, and did other various unconstitutional actions (outing a spy, spying on Americans, instituting torture, ...) ?

Or do I think President Obama's worse ... because ... um ... ?

This is an easy question for people with brains.

Tell it like it is! They had their agenda and they lied to get it done...the blood of many thousands is on their hands. I don't miss any of them.
