Should anyone you love ever be the victim of rape, God forbid, and the rapist be someone you agree with politically, I hope you'll do more than tell the victim to take one for the team.
The fact is the left has a disconcerting double standard on the issue of rape, similar to their double standard on race. Basically y'all are really conflicted.
Is your opinion that it is okay for a company which has a government contract to have a clause in their fine print allowing rapists to go without prosecution?
If your answer is yes, you agree with the 30 Republican Senators which voted to allow this practice to continue. I your answer is no, you disagree with the majority of Republican Senators.
I read this story and watched The Daily Show. I am truly disgusted that the Republicans (30 of them) did not support this bill. I cannot believe that the woman in question had to go through this (gang raped AND held prisoner by the rapists) AND isn't allowed to sue. It is mindboggling. I want each and every person who voted against this to suffer the same fate as the woman.
Those 30 Republicans who voted against the amendment should be publicly called out about this, especially when they are up for reelection!
Some will find any excuse they can to smear Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and others; even an obscure (and probably untrue) story about a supposed rape case!

You watch this video and then give a good reason why these allegations should not be investigated and, if necessary, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Hell, you don't think it's acceptable to allow the women to sue the company that enables gang rape but you want to make vigilante justice acceptable?
One of the problems we have in this country is leftest nutjobs that want to give the criminal a pass, but they turn around and want to sue someone or a company who is not at fault. Talk about the looney far left being stupid is being nice to them.
