Guy with camera is a jerk. If a cop sees a guy with a gun, I would hope he asks for ID. He could've shown it and moved on. A rather obvious case of baiting.

He's not driving at that moment. NC law does not require showing it. Therefore, the police officer broke the law and should be arrested. You may interpret it as baiting, but he did nothing to require the officer to approach him for identification.

abortion clinics are a place were violence occurs so are presidential town hall meetings. right to carryhas limits. approaching a cop with a weapon is not a good idea. approaching me with a weapon and lecturing me on your rights is not a good idea.
