I didn't say anything at all about socialism.

Please, do not confuse tyranny with socialism.

220-215. One Republican voted for the bill whose district is overwhelmingly Democratic.

Put yourself in a position that you will not be without like she did.

Do you know anyone personally who has been denied HC? I doubt it.

If a welfare bum or an illegal can get it with pre existing then others can to.
Actually I do know people who have been denied health care. One of them was a woman who had worked for the same company with good health care for many years. She had breast cancer and was beginning chemo when her company went out of business and she lost her health insurance. Because of her pre-existing condition she couldn't get insurance elsewhere. She died. Another case I know of was a good hard working man whose wife had a mental breakdown and was hospitalized. When he started a new job he couldn't get coverage because of his wife's pre-existing condition. My brother in law, a small business owner, had the insurance company that was covering his workers drop his business completely because one of his workers had a heart attack. I could go on and on but what good would it do. You just want to believe that bad things never happen to good people. You're wrong.

Poor children in my state are covered by CHIP so I think that one is covered.
YOU will benefit if you (or anyone in your family) should have a very serious injury or a life-threatening disease and your current health insurance company were to drop you, because you will still be able to secure effective health insurance regardless of your (or any family member's) pre-existing condition.

Yeah, it's those illnesses that many people encounter as they age that create "pre-existing conditions" which have allowed insurance companies to deny in the future.

Maybe a person who works hard, is reliable, and who works at McDonalds would feel it was their responsibility to provide themselves and their families with health insurance as good as yours, but, you know, they just may not be able to stretch their dollar far enough to pay the same as you do. Do you think that person is less deserving of good health insurance simply because they are not able to earn as much money as you do?

Of COURSE YOU DO. How could I ask such a silly question?

They have to say this because they know their jobs are toast after this.

How long will it take to blame the Rep once the entire HC collapses into a hole under their care.

Dems cannot run a popcorn stand correct and they want to run this.

Ahh yea, we have 12% of the needed vaccines for the Obama disease he said was not going to be a problem.

Great job!

Anybody who has a job will have to pay .. it doesn't make any difference if you've already got your own insurance or not. You are going to be taxed to pay for this.
You already pay for those who don't have heath insurance. And unless you earn over $250K per year you will not pay for this either. This has a rule to make dead beats who can afford health insurance to buy it. Now you will not be stuck with their unpaid medical bills.

Why don't get informed rather than listening to some Montana AM radio?

Hey, why don't you just TRY to stop working and live on welfare in this country! LMAO. For some reason I just don't think you'd like the lifestyle. And if you think that there is no INCENTIVE TO WORK ANYMORE simply because of healthcare reform, I would suggest that you just might not have been very motivated in the first place, and you just may possibly be a bit lazy.

The Baucus plan lost. You do not know what you speak of.

You and the lobbyists are on the same side.
"Compared to what the Public Option will take from them"...who the hell do you think pays for the public option??

Do yourself a favor...pick a state that's tried reform. Research it. Come back and tell us all how great it's working. Make sure you include the tax implications, the effect on premiums. And then tell us how this govt will do so much better.
