Here's the ACORN document dump story. Keep in mind that the identity theft issue involves people who donated to ACORN as well as employee info.

"After ACORN staff left for the day, he says, he searched the trash bin and discovered more than 20,000 documents he believes point to illicit relationships between ACORN and a bank and a labor union — as well as confidential information that could put thousands at risk for identity theft."

And here's the Eric Holder story. You'll notice that these stories don't even mention the document dumping before an investigation. That's our inept and/or biased media. for you. No wonder the public votes with blinders on.

Yet the visionary ACORN-smearers are not able to notice that the ACORN trash snooping story was not reported until November 23 while the DOJ memo was signed October 23. I guess when propaganda value is all you really care about anyway, such details aren't actually of much concern. Just stick to the story regardless of the facts...

Since when is telling the truth about ACORN a smear? I love the spin, it is trash snooping not mishandling of documents, classic Orwelian double speak.

Also it's not true. But don't let the facts get in the way of defending the indefensible.

http://biggovernment.com/2009/11/24/...ma-power-plan/

"ACORN’s San Diego office isn’t the only place its been careless with sensitive documents. Late last year, ACORN abandoned an office in Oklahoma. In its haste to vacate the office–and skip out on the landlord’s claim of back-rent–ACORN abandoned piles of documents, as well as a computer. Below is a copy of ACORN’s “Oklahoma Power Plan,” a long-term political plan to reshape politics in the Sooner State."

ACORN has a history of being careless with documents.

Give me a break. The entire anti-ACORN campaign is nothing but smears put forward by a Republican Party scared to death of what American demographics mean for the future of the party. They are determined at all costs to keep people like ACORN from helping bring registration and voting rates among eligible minority and other low- and moderate income people up to the levels of those in more more upscale white communities. There are millions of entirely eligible but uncast votes out there, and not so many of them are Republican. That's all the problem that there actually is with ACORN...

No place is as pure as the driven snow. If that's your standard, you are certainly being highly selective in enforcing it...

OK they are corrup and have been proven to be so again and again. The Lefts inability to concede one of their sacred cows isn't so sacred is costing them with the American people. It's fine by me I encourage you and like minded people to keep it up. Well done!

Pretty weak. Should I assume that the reason you did not post any link to the article that your post was copied from was because the date of the article was November 24???
