A US muslim soldier is killed in combat by diving on top of a grenade that would have taken his mates out as well.
He is awarded the MoH.
Now should he be buried in Arlington, or should that be refused because of his religion ?
Should Arlington be kept for god fearing Christians ?

Are Muslims "god fearing" or does tat just apply to Christians?

Obviously you know little about Arlington cemetery

Muslims, Jews, Agnostics, Deists, Christians, and Atheists are all already buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

I know there has been some issues with some religions, specifically I remember reading a Wiccan not getting his wishes. Doesn't seem to be the case with Muslims and I don't see any reason what so ever why it should be issue with any religion.

Quote:
If you ever visit Arlington National Cemetery, as many are doing on this Memorial Day, you may notice that every now and then, a crescent pops up among the field of crosses. Few Americans are aware that many American Muslims have fought and died in the US Armed Forces, including in Iraq. When you wander the cemetery grounds that overlook Washington, DC, you'll notice the grave of Army Captain Humayun Khan, who lured a suicide car bomb away from the men in his charge, saving their lives but giving up his own.

This could be one of the most ridiculous threads, ever.

Why would he not be buried at Arlington?

Arlington is a national cemetery, not a church graveyard. A soldier's choice of faith plays no part in whether or not he qualifies for burial there.

Just to clarify because burial was not the problem. I believe they wanted a pentagram on the top of the headstone and I don't remember if it was at Arlington or elsewhere.
