There is one university that has used the FOIA to determine that three detainees in GITMO that were called "suicides" all had rags shoved down their throats prior to their deaths. One of the three had a release date scheduled in a few months.

What does the white males have to do with this at all?

PROVE TO US ALL that thousands have been tortured. So far, no evidence shows that a single person was ever tortured.

How do you know a black male did not do the so called torturing you believe happened?

What does that have to do with capturing and detaining terrorists who are not even U.S. citizens?

1) Link to FOXNews
2) Inaccurate title referring to President Obama
3) Torturer/warmonger acquittal leads to gloating.

...and our soldiers are killing them on the battlefield. Your situation is a red herring since their execution is not torture for information. You cannot simply ship people around the world and torture them the way you'd like. Nope.

What if the detained is not really an enemy? Now you've made 10 more enemies as a result of this innocent's death.

Guess those libs who were after Bush after Bush just got a big ole smackdown.

Any one who would want to give them rights cannot be real Americans.

Besides enemy combatants/terrorist have no rights under the Geneva Conv to begin with.

The dog and pony show in NYC will show us who is for America and who is against America.
What I don't get is why would it have been illegal to line most of these guys up against a wall and shoot them in the head after they were captured?

It was "ok by you". Whether it's ok by you or not means nothing, no offense. It is as irrelevant as asking whether it's "alright by me" that your personal property be confiscated. There are rules of warfare with regards to prisoners and they will be followed.

One of the few bright spots of Obama winning in 2008 was to p*ss off the neo-con RINOs. Not that you folks have as much reason to be p*ssed off since he's adopting many of Bush's strategies.

You need to ask the enemy that question. They kill and do not ask questions.

Shame you were not living in Germany in the 1930's, you would then have your answer.
