If a teacher did this to a child of mine...or a grandchild or great grandchild of mine...she'd be looking for a new job because I would slap a lawsuit against the district that could only be settled by her dismissal. And I say that as a former teacher AND a former member of the board of education. Such cruel disregard for a child's feelings prove her unsuitable for the job of teacher. PERIOD.
She should be doing some jail time. I would be if it was my child. That is going to stay with that child. The teacher needs to know what she did was very serious.
Man, if I told the stories of my teachers back in Elementary...you parents would be pissing on yourselves!
One time, a kid acted out and got ***** slapped in the back of the head...another got lifted up from his leg upside down for misbehaving...
They all deserved it...those kids had me scared to go to class most days. They deserved whatever came to them, even if it meant shaving their ass baldhead!

As a teacher, I agree. There are many more ways to discipline a child than that.
It would be great if that teacher had to sit in front of a bunch of laughing students and faculty as her head was shaved by the little girl... but that would be teaching the students the wrong thing too. I think she should be fired and jailed, and I think the school should be sued. I'm not a lawsuit-happy person, but if that's what it takes for schools to clamp down on this kind of behavior, so be it.
