Sucks to be in the carbon scam business, the prices for buying and selling the air we breath has lost its profit line.

Sounds like one of our czars needs to cook up a multi-billion dollar "Carbon Permit Stimulus Bill".

And it must be passed RIGHT NOW or irreversible bad things will happen.
