I am not happy tonight at all, my daughter came home tonight, very upset, her Company a large one, with tons of employees, were told tonight, that in FEB MARCH, they may be closing shop, and will lose their jobs, she has been with them for 5 years, i am not happy, and things here in California keep on going downhill, where the hell is this new Change.

Maybe my state, but i am not a democrat and proud of it, not a lib either.And i cannot stand to look at pelosi, woman gets on my freakin nerves, and yes i see what happened when the Dems have power, and i am not liking it, neither is my daughter. They can take there power take their change and shove it. All talk and nothing but hot air.
The BLS estimates were off to the point where they recently announced a "benchmark revision" to the tune of 800K jobs. With that being said, I came across two articles about the Birth/Death Model and the January employment numbers to be released in early February.
"The Labor Department is hurrying to correct inaccuracies in its monthly employment statistics that could cause the Obama administration big problems early next year.
Those corrections, however, will probably also eliminate the inevitable -- and unsubstantiated -- employment gains that come during springtime.
A source at the Labor Department confirmed that the birth/death model is being revamped because it seems to be mainly responsible for the 824,000 jobs that the government thought had been produced this year but which really don't exist."
"The recession took a much larger toll on employment than was previously reported, the government said today.
The Labor Department said that it planned to revise the job figures by subtracting more than 800,000 jobs that it had wrongly estimated were filled by workers."

IMHO, I don't see an economic collapse but the article raising the issue about a falling dollar and rising interest rates is also a legitimate concern. Still a little early to see how this is all going to play out...

The Terminator has blood on his hands as well and the envirowhackos. He isn't batting for the San Joaquin Valley water issue. He's part of the problem. Meanwhile, over 50% of those farmers are out of work, standing in food bank lines and picking up carrots grown in CHINA! How insane is that? And they are collecting state aid (unemployment etc) meanwhile, Arnold biatches about his budget deficit, begs DC for money, and raises taxes. How bass ackwards is THAT?
