If anyone saw "V For Vendetta", Limbaugh was represented perfectly by the media guy who ended up dying while showering.

If you want to imagine what Rush would sound like in fascist America, rent that movie. His character is played brilliantly, as are all the characters (great movie!)
Serial hatemonger and fearmonger.......great description of BOTH Rush and Cheney!

Limbaugh has been in the hospital a rather long time now, for someone presenting with chest pains, if there's nothing wrong. They would have known pretty quickly whether or not he was having a heat attack.....at least they should have known by NOW.

Wonder if he is enjoying spending New Years Day in the hospital?

I have a feeling he's heading back to rehab if he's out of the hospital. He reminds me of Jim Jones. In a strange twist, they say Tiger Woods is going to the same rehab facility for ____ as Rush went to for drug addiction (in Scottsdale, AZ)

I hope he recovers because I would not wish ill will on anyone.. I do hope this means he'll retire from TV so people don't have to listen to his BS

Are "they" another figment of your imagination or do you have specifics to back up what otherwise is a slanderous allegation?

His long absence now from public view, as a result of chest pains, is starting to seem strange to me as well........WHERE IS HE?

I have a relative, with very good health insurance, who also went to the hospital with chest pains just after Christmas and he was kept there only one day. Good hospital. Good doctors. Good insurance. Good tests.......but it only took one entire day to determine that he was not having a heart attack, and didn't appear to be suffering from a pending heart attack. So, what's up with Rush? A really, really bad heart? Other complications so he's "still in the hospital".......or could he really be heading for a rehab center after all? IMO, his stay in the hospital now, for so long, (as well as being a major holiday time period) for chest pains is starting to "not fit"...........

People will start to question the length of the stay pretty soon.

Tiger Woods is going to the same rehab that Rush did. It's been all over the news. It's a pretty famous rehab... and it's well known Rush went there, so how is that a "slanderous" allegation? You do know that Rush is an admitted addict, right?

Yep. Not by choice, though. It never would have happened if he didn't have severe back pain.

I took the same medication for quite some time for my back pain, I did not become an an addict, and I did not abuse the medication or buy it illegally.

Rush made the choice to take more than he was prescribed to get high off of it, and obtained it illegally.

Oh, that is really some choice defense you've got going there. Thousands upon thousands of people develop severe back pain every year and they ALL don't get hooked on drugs to the point that they doctor shop to get them. He abused drugs. Why is that so hard for his fans to accept? He knew what he was doing was wrong but that didn't stop him. He could have afforded to go to the best pain clinics in the world but he chose to take the illegal route instead.
