"Faculty at University of California, San Diego are developing a GPS-enabled cell phone that tells dehydrated migrants where to find water. It also pipes in poetry from phone speakers, regaling them on their journey much like Emma Lazarus' words did a century ago to the "huddled masses yearning to breathe free" on Ellis Island."

You'd rather have them die? And you realize building a wall isn't going to stop illegal immigration right?

You are insinuating that we can't do anything or shouldn't do anything. You know it and I know it. I know why you feel that way but can't say why because of the censors here.

Have them die? Nobody is forcing them to enter our country illegally. They are adults making their own decisions.

A wall isn't going to stop them? Then why is their a fence around the Whitehouse? Why are there walls around prisons? A wall or fence is just a part of stopping illegal immigration. It does stop many but not all. E-verify is another important part.

And you'd rather turn a blind eye to criminal invasion of our country?

No one is forcing illegals to enter the desert or place themselves in what are life-threatening conditions. They are choosing to do so of their own free will and consequences follow.

If I lived in the border area, I'd be out punching holes in the illegal water stations, doing whatever I could to discourage them.

As stated, a wall is only part of a solution.
