After countless readings of posts by folks who care deeply and are divided about many things, I think our country has forgotten it's tax payers on BOTH SIDES.
Do we as Tax Payers really need a 600 Billion Plus a Year War budget? Do we as tax payers REALLY need to pay for Everyone who "thinks" they are poor or are disabled? After all, there are Churches set up for Charity and get a tax exemption for such things. I have always said - I am for National Health Care as long as I am FORCED TO PAY TAXES. When do WE, as Tax Payers say: That's Enough - a National Sales Tax for all - end the IRS. End the government spending.
Thomas Jefferson: "I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them."
