No, Reid is not a US citizen. He is a foreign Al Qaeda terrorist and he was tried in civilian court and id serving life without parole.

Bush released over 650 of the Gitmo prisoners, and you want that to continue?

I should have said, Clinton launching an FBI investigation.
The Cole trials didn't start until 2007, when a federal judge ruled it was the Sudanese gov't's fault.
Then, as one one of Obama's first official acts of president, he dropped the charges against the USS Cole bomber
